About the Gridiron Pizza.

Gridiron Pizza was established in the fall of 2021, specializing in Neapolitan-style brick oven pizza and sandwiches, wings, and other delectable options. We also now offer gluten free options for all pizza and sandwiches. We feature a new specialty pizza every two weeks, and our dining area is equipped with five televisions, available for rent for private events. We also offer weekly drink specials, making us the perfect destination for entertainment and dining. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries.

This is why we do it. Thank you so much Amy. We take immense pride in the quality of all our products but as is with pizza, that is a creation from scratch. With brick oven that cooks pizza in short time in high heat, there is a lot of variability compared to regular style pizza. We don't always get it 100%. We have worked hard on dough formulations to get the charred chewy test but also a light crispy bite. Our sauce is homemade not right from a can and the cheese and ingredients we use are the best on the market. With that said, I am so proud of our team. That is what makes a place. Not fancy tables, decor or the view. It's the people who make the place special.
